Formerly Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, leaving to join Bank of Scotland’s Captive Private Equity House involved in originating and transacting numerous mid market PE deals.

 

Part of the team of 20 who setup Private Equity house Caird Capital, raising a £500m fund (from Coller Capital) to buyout the Bank of Scotland assets. Worked on numerous investments and acquisitions, with the fund exiting after a very successful realisation of the assets.

 

Following this co-founded Rarebreed Dining quickly grew purchasing multiple freehold sites and leasehold operations; took on Private Equity investment and sold in 2019.

 

Linkman was founded straight out of the exit from Caird Capital, initially engaged to sell the IT Managed Service Provider who worked for Caird, along with many other Hedge Funds and PE Houses. This marked the first of many transactions. Linkman (formerly known as HLIN) has advised management teams on a range of activities, from complex acquisitions to mid-cap sales to large PE investors
